Welcome to another episode of In Case of Emergency Press Play. Today's meditation is for anyone who feels behind, anyone who feels like they're not doing enough, healing fast enough, or getting it right. And air quotes. For the next few minutes, we're going to step away from comparison and reconnect with what is already true. You are enough. When everything you do doesn't feel like enough, press play. Welcome to your practice. Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position. Allow the ground beneath you to support the weight of your body. There is nowhere else to be right now. Nothing to fix. Nothing to figure out. Just this moment. Just this breath. Slowly breathe in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth. Again, breathe in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth. Allow your breath to settle into a smooth and natural rhythm. As your body softens, allow your attention to arrive fully here. Take a slow breath in and release it all out. Again, breathe in and let it all out. Notice if you've been measuring yourself lately. Maybe you're measuring your productivity, your progress. Maybe you've measured yourself on what you've already accomplished. Or do you measure yourself on how much is still left to do? Take another breath in. So many of us walk through life believing we should be doing more, being more, achieving more, healing faster, handling things stronger. What if none of this is true? What if right now, exactly as you are, you are enough? Not because everything is perfect, not because you figured everything out. But because your worth has never depended on your performance. Notice your breath. Breathe in through your nose. And out through your mouth. Notice your body supported. Notice that you have made it through every difficult day that brought you to this very moment. You have been through things you never imagined. You carry things that no one else can fully feel or see. And you're still here. Take a slow breath in. And a long exhale out. You do not have to earn rest or compassion. You don't have to earn your value. For the next few moments, allow yourself this time to stop striving for more, proving yourself, comparing yourself. Just be here and let that be enough. Take another breath in and a long breath out. From my heart to yours. Wherever you are right now, take a breath. Loosen your grip a little. Be bold. Listen and be impeccable with your words. Do meaningful work and leave every place and space better than you found them. We didn't plan for this, but we're here. And for now, that is just enough.
